Their team provides daily reports documenting building checks and campus activity, which has been very helpful in maintaining awareness of our facilities and overall campus needs. They have also gone above and beyond by providing additional checks when needed and supporting our requests as best as possible. They are responsive and work with us to notify the appropriate individuals of incidents or concerns on campus in a timely manner. As with many security staffing services, there have been a few instances when personnel were not available to cover a shift. However, the company has consistently gone out of its way to find coverage, and there has been very little missed coverage overall.
